I doubt they can hear it. The DC chapter did this every Friday night rain, snow, blizzard or hurricane- for years - not exaggerating. For our troops after 9/11.

That’s nice but Trump might be trying to get some sleep When the press asked why President Trump was at Walter Reed but the First Lady was recuperating at the White House I suspected forcing Trump to get a full nights sleep might have been a part of the plan.
