Its a good poll yes.
Biden needs to be win the national vote by 5 to 7% in order to take the electoral vote(because of California and New York). IBD was pretty good in 2016.

In an age where people who openly support Trump are being doxxed, assaulted and fired, I wouldn’t be surprised if some white respondents were lying to pollsters much more than they were in 2016. It’s also possible that it’s not a problem with white respondents lying. Maybe white Trump supporters are now much more reluctant to respond to polls due to a fear of being doxxed, meaning that pollsters are (unknowingly) oversampling Biden supporters because a big slug of Trump supporters are simply hanging up on them.
