I rarely take it.
Eating healthy, exercising, reading, and winding down with meditation helps me sleep well.
“Melatonin will make you sleepy.”
I had to stop taking it. It gave me horrible nightmares.
I'm sure his doctor is insisting he get extra rest, hence the melatonin.
I thought I was the only one that reacted that way to Melatonin!
I said ‘Nightmares’ but ‘Night Terrors’ is a more apt description. Yikes!

For me, melatonin is the chemical Devil.

He needs rest. And he will get it. You can’t do what he has been doing nonstop without taking a rest. Rest up, Mr. President, you deserve it.
I obviously react to it in the same way. Luckily, sleep problems are not a ‘thing’ any longer.
I think retiring from a high-stress job helped that - A LOT, LOL!
Ah...I wonder if it was a screw up by Fox 35 announcing a virtual rally...that’s only going to add to the speculation, either way.

By the way, I’ve had hives before from an allergic reaction to yellow jacket stings, and my doctor recommended that I take Benadryl and Pepcid AC and see how I do before using my epipen, should that happen again. I did get stung by a wasp a couple months ago, and the combo worked very effectively for me.
When I was extremely overworked and stressed out, I would wake up sweating having a dream about an electrical outage on my electric utility design.
For three weeks before I left, my lower eyelid twitched for all three weeks.
I knew it was time to leave.

So far, so good. I hope only the best for this man. We need him. Our nation especially needs him.
But I wonder what the American people will think. I get it. The people who love Trump will continue to love him. The people who hate Trump will continue to hate him.
But what about the small segment of truly undecided voters? How will they view this? Will there be sympathy or will many of the undecideds says “Hmpf, this is what he gets for not masking and listening to scientists”?
