McMaster: Trump Is ‘Aiding and Abetting Putin’s Efforts’ on Election Interference

Former Trump National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster said President Donald Trump was “aiding and abetting” Vladimir Putin by not directly calling out Russia’s election interference on Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Live.”

McMaster said, “This sustained campaign of disruption, disinformation, and denial, is aided by any leader who doesn’t acknowledge it. This is why, I think, the president has to be much stronger in condemning this effort to really reduce our confidence in who we are as Americans. You know, I don’t think the Russians really care, Hallie who wins the election, as long as we doubt the result, and as long as they’re able to continue to polarize us on contentious issues. they spend about 80% of their effort dividing us further on issues of race, for example, and then also on gun control or immigration, and so we have to be cognizant of this, and we need our leaders to help pull the curtain back on it, not aid and abet Putin by, you know, not calling him out on it, or talking about other nations that are disrupting us, which they are, but Russia is the primary problem in the area.”

I used to work for McMaster. I really liked him. I'd ask him:

• Are the Russians forcing the radical leftist media to relentlessly beg-the-question about a transition of power, as if President Trump has already lost before Election Day?
• Are the Russians forcing the radial leftist Democrats to pull out all the stops on every sort of covert and overt election fraud that can be imagined, opening a colossal, novel, unverifiable vote by mail scheme that will devastate any confidence, on any side, in the election results for months, maybe year, maybe forever?
• Are the Russians perpetually trying to marginalize half the population by endless accusations of "racism", "privilege", "bigotry", "supremacy", "xenophobia", "greed" and "intolerance"?
• Are the Russians financing organized, criminal, Anfifa and BLM thugs to go burn down targeted cities?
• Are the Russians suppressing the economy into oblivion using a scorched earth, relentless, no-end-in-sight, panic porn, business murdering, hoax, hypochondriac and karen coddling, Munchausen-by-proxy, reaction to a new cold virus, calling all deaths of any kind: "caused by Covid", treating everyone like an infectious zombie and making people wish they were already dead?
• Did the Russian choose a utterly incompetent, lying, senile, addled, hair sniffing, fondling, corrupt, drug enabled, Manchurian, fill-in-the-blank, power-of-attorney, place holder candidate for the Democratic party?

Let’s say Trump or you or I condemn Putin/the Russians for having a large military, election interference, or hard core ISIS terrorists. Alternatively, let’s say we don’t.

Exactly how does jawboning people who do everything they can get away with make any difference whatsoever? Actions matter; empty talk just rewards them.

Trump has placed massive economic sanctions on Russia, and has almost wiped out ISIS (the child of Obama, Biden, Hillary, and McCain). Trump does too much talking, but he takes action.
