I am very afraid of any military brass who supports gun bans. He did and does.
A lot of Marine Generals and Admirals I dealt with did not like the Second Amendment. They did everything they could to prevent Marines and Sailors from owning guns. They made it a hassle to keep one so people would not buy them. Despite their best efforts base housing was like an armory. A few years back when I was a DOD employee, the local General banned pistols on base even if you had a concealed carry permit. Did not matter, most Marines I knew had a gun in their vehicle. As for McCrystal he is a liberal, Obama appointee why would anyone expect anything else from that $hithead. People like him and Mattis need to understand something. When you retire your shelf life becomes limited. You served with honor and distinction, people respect that. However, nobody cares what you think anymore, so shut up and move on.
Not afraid at all. They couldn’t handle 20000 guys in pajamas in the mountains of Afghanistan. How are they gonna handle tens of millions on home turf? They lose in every instance it’s been war gamed.
