It did not take long for a social media user to do a bit of research on both Scully and Welker and figure out that Trump might not gain any favors from any of them in the upcoming debates, and it would be not unlike how he was treated by Wallace. Trump and Biden should make a list of the questions they want asked and the moderator only reads them.

He still has to force Joe to ad lib, he can do that by using his two minutes to attack Joe vice talking about his record. Sure make points about what he has done, but hit Biden's racist record. Let Biden or the moderator bringing up Charlottesville and Trump being a racist. During his segment simply quote parts of Biden's eulogy for Byrd a Grand something or other of the Klan. Our his comments about blacks and how smart they are or how clean they are etc.. But do it during Trump's time and not talk over Biden, because it gets lost in the shouting. From what I have seen and heard outside the MSM, people feel Biden lost the debate because he called the President of the United States names like a 10 year old. I cannot win the argument so I am going to call you stupid. I suspect Biden would have done better in the public’s mind had he not acted like a petulant child. When you read the debate transcript vice watch the video, even some liberals see it as a tie or Biden lost because Trump bullied him. I am sure his handler's will cover that with him. Force him to think on his feet and he will start with the name calling again.

If Scully doesn’t at a minimum publicly acknowledge at the start of the debate that he was once an intern for Biden, then he loses all credibility at being a moderator.

It’s like serving on a jury and not mentioning you had dealings with the defendant.

Don’t know Steve Scully, but I know Welker absolutely hates POTUS and injects innuendo and suggestions into her “reporting”, any time she can possibly spin something to reflect negatively on him.

If there is a “good” side to this, it is that possibly the Biden camp will be lulled into a feeling that everything will be fine now, for the other two debates.
