Reagan was a genius of not just communication, but like ability while artfully eviscerating enemies. Completely disarming.
Yet so many yes men insist Trump is better than Reagan.

The last question told you that Joe the Jerk had the questions beforehand.

Or he has been getting the rote answers pounded into his head.
You need to knock him off his feet. Trump needed to ask him questions. Trump needed to press him on his lids. Trump needed to make him embarrassed in front of the US for not taking unscripted questions.
That would be my next tactic. Go after the scripting. Biden was losing it at the end. The best tactic is to irritate him after he rambles. Make fun of his rambling.
Wallace did Biden no favors either. If you have to have a member of the media rescue you this much, it makes you look like you are too weak to fight your own battles.
The largest takeaway from this debate will be that Biden’s son was a drug addict. It was probably the only point of stipulation between the candidates, and few Americans knew it before tonight.
Then, they will start thinking through the $3.5mm from Moscow mayor wife and millions from Ukraine and China, which they would have dismissed off hand simply because Trump said it.
Worse for Biden, his “you lie” to that contention, which viewers will not consider, will belie other “you lie” and “not true” stammering, which will be diluted on all Trump assertions.
People will be offended by both candidates, but they will not change their view of Trump, only of Biden.
Win: Trump
On substance, yes. On style, they both lost.

I thought Trump became quite reserved after the first 15 minutes or so. Yes, he interrupted at some points, but Trump has always done that. Maybe you forgot the 2016 debates. We loved it and it helped get him elected.

Wasn’t there a prohibition on having notes during the debate? You can clearly see that Biden has notes and even marking one with a pen or marker at one point.
Trump’s biggest problem is that he brought up many serious issues in five second sound bites that the MSM has never even mentioned to the public. We know what he is talking about, but to the MSM-educated Biden’s non-stop “That’s not true!” replies carry just as much weight.
Has anyone noticed that we never learned anything about a Biden vision for America and actual policy?
Mostly this mess was about attacking, lying about, and insulting Trump. Trump was given no time to actually respond to all the lies Biden spewed.

Well I actually turned it off the last 5 minutes......couldn’t stand seeing Wallace keep playing nice to Biden while he attacked and argued with Trump.
Wallace was disgusting to night....and his own dislike of Pres. Trump and Favor to Biden was all to obvious.
