How does that work? Does a Grand Jury No Bill mean a DA cannot bring to Grand Jury again and again until they get an indictment?

TBH I would rather see a court verdict of not guilty than get a no bill. At least double jeopardy is honored.

I was curious about your no-bill question as I did not know the answer. So, did some googling. Read the article inbelow link. I think it may answer most of your questions about True-Bill, No-Bill, Grand Jury in general. It did for me.
