Any gains in those states, and any state where the dems hold a majority of seats are meaningless for the election of President in the House. Each delegation gets only one vote—if the delegation is evenly split, the state doesn’t cast a vote.

So, there are only 50+ delegations, one for each state and a few more? Wyoming's delegation counts as much as California's delegation? Is that how it works?
