I voted absentee once.I had to go down to Town Hall,sign one or two papers and then complete my ballot,place it in the envelope I was given,seal it,sign it and then hand it to the Town official.

Of course as a housebound disabled person you very probably would find that same procedure difficult...if not impossible. Special procedures should be instituted for people like you.

But mailing ballots to every person on the 15 year old voter list that the town/county/state has is a recipe for disaster,as both Jimmy Carter and Debbie Wasserman Schultz have said in the past.

Yup, they sent me a form for Herr Doktor to fill out. Did that. Now, when i fill it out, need witness, so homehealthnurse puts their jane hancock on it, and then i mail it in.
