Lt. General Michael Flynn’s family released the following statement on Friday after even more exculpatory evidence was released late Thursday showing that FBI agents charged with investigating Flynn were politically motivated and set him up. In fact, some of them texted about purchasing insurance policies to protect themselves.
“The criminal conduct and malfeasance of those entrusted with the power to enforce our laws trampled the rights and lives of Gen Flynn, our entire family, and all Americans who cherish our Constitution,” Flynn’s family wrote.

Save your breath. Judge Emmett Sullivan is at heart a democrat and will hold on until after the election in November.

Even with all of the latest, damning evidence, against the swamp dwellers....this hack “Judge” won’t budge, I imagine.

Yet it gives the Flynn Family a chance to outline the corruption and add it to the developments that, though they aren’t covered by the MSM, will eventually crash through the “cement ceiling” that the MEDIA protects..

Maybe I’m over optimistic, but I do think if he refuses to dismiss and hands Flynn a sentence he will be reversed by the Circuit, despite their ruling on Mandamus. I think most of the judges wanted to give this POS an opportunity to do the right thing.
He’s certainly had plenty of chances.

If this guy isn’t removed, no one will be.
His family has been posting on getting Trump since the case started.

You will be disappointed. The DC Circuit is as corrupt as they come, including the so called savior of the Supreme Court, Merrick Garland. The Democrat judges locked arms and ignored the Constitution, the law, and the rules of the Court. The vote was 8-2 and the next ruling for them saying that Flynn ought to go to prison for 9 years for jaywalking will pass with the same 8 Democrat corrupt judges demanding his head. The Justice System no longer exists.
He might get more than he bargained for if the SC orders him removed from the case. Ginsburg herself wrote the unanimous decision to ban judges from appointing amicus the way he has done here to prosecute his own case. Go ahead and do it for Ruth!
Check to see if he bought liability insurance.
