The governor’s order stated that it was ok to not wear a mask while outside and sitting away from others.
Same for here in Arizona.
Just do as the cop says, and then fight about in court, later.
This is the same excuse that George Floyd and the Wisconsin criminal used in resisting arrest.
If the cop is wrong, you can prove it with a lawyer in a court of law.
