This is the typical democrat “boldness”; making a ruling to be in effect long after the doofus is out of politics, or at least out of California, knowing it will never stand. This has everything to do with the intense corruption in California and its utilities “regulation,” and precious little to do with ecology. No California politician including Newsome has cleaned up the utilities “regulation” stink (Rather they clean up FROM it). Highest rates and very poor, unreliable service but there’s billions and billions of dollars being made — by Politicians regulators And utilities executives. Off the backs of working Californians
