MADISON Eric Oertle, owner of Computer Adventure, a sales and service store in Kenosha, Wisconsins Uptown district, will have to start all over. Last month, Black Lives Matter rioters destroyed the business Oertle, 71, and his wife, Pat, spent more than 30 years building.
For now, the business is boarded up, but the Oertles are in no hurry to rebuild and reopen, as much as they would like to. Theyre worried the rioters, the looters, the criminals will come back.

Best way to ensure they will not come back is to get rid of your Dem politicians over the next couple of elections.
My first thought was, Rebuild Now!
However I am not in their shoes. I don’t blame them.
It is despicable that we can’t seem to protect them.
Do we still live in America?
American urban real estate in Democrat controlled cities and states is rapidly declining in value. Given the advances in technology and the persistent lawlessness, who in their right mind would want to travel in such areas much less live there or invest hard earned money? Let the Dems rich, decadent donor base use their money to rebuild their vile nests. Decent people should stay away and invest elsewhere.
They can’t afford to rebuild.
Just the cost of demolition exceeds the payout from the insurance for that purpose. And what bank would loan money for rebuilding in a warzone?
By the way, CC, I’m listening to Dan and Amy in Chicago. I try to never miss their show.
And right after, it’s Mike Gallagher. :)
I really miss Chicago. Hope you and your family are healthy and happy. :)
I love Dan and Amy! Hope you are doing well

It is despicable that we cant seem to protect them.
Its not that that cant be protected. Its that they wont be protected.
Which is even worse.

Rebuild after you quit your dumbass voting habits.
The owner needs to wait until there is a law and order mayor in town—or move out to somewhere where there is such a mayor.
The business was out of date and no longer really profitable. No need to reopen
At 71, it provided the owner a place to go every day
More info:
They came in with baseball bats, smashed our glass cases, stole everything they could, or smashed what they didnt steal, Oertle recalls of the looters. They were going to set fire to the building like they did across the street from us, until the upstairs tenants in the apartments above us came running down the stairs and stopped them. They said, We live here.
Despite the damage, the 71-year-old business owner says, he and his wife are among the lucky ones.
And then leftists are left wondering why there are food deserts - i.e. no large grocery stores - in towns that haves seen violent riots.
Good luck getting insurance.
And think about why that is. In 2008, Schumer used "The IndyMac Letter" doomsday device to unravel the home mortgage market and usher in Obama.
This year they tried to unravel the commercial mortgage market but ran out of time. Schumer would like to use that as a cudgel during Trump's second term, but he and Nancy will be deposed by their respective delegations in 2021.
There are shells of former cities all over the Northeast where you can still see empty lots and abandoned buildings that never recovered from the 1960s riots and likely never will.
The first little pig made his house out of straw, the second little pig made his house out of wood, and the third little pig made his house out of bricks. Afterwards, the houses of straw and wood were never rebuilt and the house of bricks went to short term rental with minimum inventory on hand.
Lol.. not gonna happen. They arexjust going to move south and bring their democrat voting bloc with them.
I’m sure they are worried about the media/dem party whipping up more riots when Trump’s SC nominee is announced, or when another black criminal somewhere is shot by the cops, or when Trump wins re-election. So many reasons for rioting by the media/dem party foot soldiers.
