Yes, he was certainly coherent as he argued that if Trump had “done his job”, not a single american would have died of COVID; this even though our first indication it had made it to our country was when a person died in Washington, that we have later determined that a person died in California before we were even looking, that thousands of our deaths are people who just died, but happened to have COVID, and that we have counted normal end-of-life deaths as COVID, even sometimes when they didn’t test for it, or once we realized that the post-mortem COVID test might be showing a COVID infection from months earlier.

I suppose he also thinks that EVERY OTHER COUNTRY in the world didn’t do their jobs, since even the BEST countries have had deaths from COVID.

THis is a blatant false statement, and Anderson Cooper ignored it, because this was a Democrat commercial, not a town hall — they even had an actual Biden campaign worker asking a question.
