he question as to whether a President Joe Biden would or would not ban fracking has two answers: He would make sure that hydraulic fracturing or fracking to produce oil and natural gas is eliminated while saying he would not ban the technique.
During the Democrat primary presidential debate in July in Detroit Michigan, moderator Dana Bash asked Biden: Would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?

I was only talking about land that I own. C’mon, man!
what the frack, joe?
That was like, last year bro.
Ancient History.
Anyone who finds this contradictory is a junkie.
Was it George McGovern where the republicans had a devastating ad of his picture flipping one way then the other until it started spinning wildly?
The campaign needs to do Biden in this message is not reaching the people who have changeable votes.
Last time they rigged it for Hillary and this time some how they rigged for Harris someone that can’t be President
Biden is a no good two faced bastard! And so is Kalamaty Harris.
Trump promises, Trump delivers, Trump stands on principle, Trump speaks the truth. Yuge difference & no comparison.
Then: “I’ll ban fracking”.
Later: “I won’t ban fracking”.
Today: “Where’s my soup”?
Today: “I never said I would ban fracking, and anyone who claims I did say that is a racist extremist right-winger.”
“Remember, believe me and not your lying eyes!”
I doubt that he even understands what fracking is.
Besides, it's easy enough for him to flip-flop on anything. I don't think he can remember where he stands on any issue. More precisely, I don't think he remembers where he claims to have stood on any issue. I don't think he actually has any convictions, other than a lust for power...and maybe jello after lunch.
You don’t understand. Republicans flip flop
Democrats evolve
I remember that 1972 ad well. McGovern flipflopping on the issues. Very effective. But he didn’t waiver on promising to cut the military budget by 30%. This was still the Cold War.
He showed up in Saigon while I was in Vietnam & badmouthed our Vietnamese allies, then promised to go on his knees to Hanoi to plead for the release of our POWs.
Said he trusted the Soviet & ChiCom militaries more than he trusted our own. Hated that smarmy SOB.
The thing I could never understand about McGovern is that he was kind of a bad ass bomber pilot over Europe. And then he turns out to be such a dweeb.
