I didn’t know if anything could be done to retirees but I think this former JAG officer put that to rest - Article 88 UCMJ. Now Esper needs to get busy - take their pensions away - that would get their attention. OK - so that’s not going to happen... Big disappointment in Kelly and Mattis but I guess we were just naive while others must have known about their duplicity!
