I doubt that we'll need to go to war with Russia anytime soon.As for China...war with them would very probably go nuclear...so there are sure to be many,many casualties.

That sums up my perspective as well. I personally believe we’ll see tactical nukes used in the next few years.

Signal Corps may weell fite the kill shot in the next war. We can deny the government and militay coms, blinded and sitging ducks they agree to terms of the conflict they started on US terms.
China will be broken into 19 different states if they lose.
My understanding is that since 2001 we have identified and communicated with future partners in the break up of China proper.
Numerous briefings indicates we can and will win the global communications war.
