A lot of people trust their FEAR as a guiding light in staying alive, or for doing the right thing.
Such folks cannot be persuaded to relax, to see that the darkest danger has past us by.
When I encounter someone like that (many in my family), I try not to argue with them. I will never convince them that the Sky is not just about to start falling if they meet someone walking around free and with no mask on.
They’ll get it after we achieve Herd Immunity. I suppose.
Sometimes you get what you deserve.

Americans no longer have a backbone, discipline, or an education. It is easy to lead them around by their emotions.
Even so-called medical doctors make ridiculous claims that violate common sense because they, too, have an agenda. Usually that agenda is making money, and COVID is a money maker for them.
“But it’s still supported by so many Americans”
Two possible reasons:
1. Many people are truly scared of the disease and it’s contageous-ness.
2. Many people who working at home for the time being are doing better than when they had to commute to work.
The Democrats and the media understand that most people are easily manipulated, either by ignorance, stupidity, or indifference. Their lies about COVID-19 are working beyond their wildest dreams and those who are buying into the media narrative are in a panic and acting irrationally.
This craziness may give us a Biden Administration, A Democrat Congress in both houses, and gains in State and local elections. Victor Davis Hansen (VDH) has predicted that this outcome would produce an end to the filibuster in the Senate, a packed Supreme Court of 15 justices, a fatal wound to the Electoral College, and abandonment of the Rule of Law. The Republic and the Constitution will not survive such an outcome.
Liberals Have been trying FOREVER, to get the US on the same page as the rest of the world’s violent, backward, failed countries.
This is their last straw, because nothing else has worked...or as Trump proved, ever will work!
When the government says “Just do what we say, WE’LL KEEP YOU SAFE” you are trading your freedom for the warm feeling of falsely thinking you are now safe.
Since mid-March, we have given up much freedom. Many have lost their jobs, their businesses, their investments in their businesses. (That was not an unforeseen side effect of the lockdown. It was the INTENTION!)
We believed the government, because they stood between us and the truth. Now the sorcerer behind the curtain is being revealed.
