I haven’t poll calls in ages and I don’t answer calls from numbers that I don’t recognize period.

John Bolton will disagree with the article...

Probably, but even never-Trumper Bolton agreed that the Atlantic article was BS.

They probably didn’t learn in school, because schools don’t teach history anymore.

The “Any Functioning Adult” signs make me laugh. They really think Biden is functioning more than Trump.

After a few years away at college now our own daughter has sadly bought into all this leftist garbage.

She'll outgrow it. I did. The first jolt was when the newly elected (gasp!) President Clinton accused Americans of systemic racism (though they used some other word salad to cover their tracks at that time).

Second was the day I was driving to work and flipped on some loud, brash, braying jackass called Rush Limbo. By the time I parked my car outside my workplace I was a newly minted conservative.

The true voice of conservatism, or Americanism, will always out. And the child of good, stable parents, like mine, and like you, will always find the true path.

The funny thing is there was a time Tucker was somewhat hated here on FR during his bow tie wearing days. He didn’t have his own show like now but was well known.

Yeah, thank you. Just kills you in a way to see it in the meantime!

Clinton was my wake up call too, didn’t care too much about politics in my 20’s but to hear just how ridiculous that testimony sounded plus his antics...coming from the President of the United States...

The democrats may well lose more than an election. Give Trump four more years and the democrat’s hold on legislation and entire industries will wane giving the GOP more clout.

I hope that we will someday see objective news giving two sides of the legislative issues between the parties, a pro and con viewpoint, so citizens can make up their minds with all the facts.

Looting and rioting seen as peaceful protesting IS the “Bridge Too Far” that broke their hold on the public. Well except for my next door neighbor who is hungered down afraid to come out of her basement like her wannabe presidential candidate.

Can the news media be partially held accountable for the economic damage?

Can the politicians?

Eventually we will be lawless in places where the Dem’s reign.

>>>>>>Who are the white folks backing Biden? Urban elite liberals, antifa-type radicals and LGBT. <<<<<<<

The biggest group of “white” people I see who will vote for Quid pro Joe are on the government payroll somehow. But there is a huge overlap between this group and what you listed. We continue to move to a maker/producer class and a taker class. These really have nothing to do with color or ethnicity, but is really capitalist vs socialist.

People who don’t pay much attention to politics seem to be swayed by the lying media spin they pick up each day.

I have a better sample than the author since I have few self-selected friends. Most friends are former colleagues so they span from liberal to conservative, and will vote as expected. Most neighbors are conservative, a few are liberal. But I belong to two organizations that are not political and represent a random sample.

In those groups the Biden supporters are quiet. They were vocal anti-Trump in 2016. They are still anti-Trump but embarrassed to be supporting Biden. The Trump supporters are numerous, and some are very vocal. A few Trump supporters are not happy with him. The reasons vary. One said he thought Trump should have cut off travel from Europe much sooner to stop the virus (hard to argue with that).

If people believe Trump is too vulgar or a Russian puppet or Hitler, then they already voted against him in 2016. I doubt the media has turned any Trump supporters based on those stupid stories. It's too obviously fake to sway anyone with a clue. The more subtle fake news like "Trump is going to shut down the US Postal Service" are a little more effective and seem to have fooled some people.

In 2016, you had people who would crawl through broken glass to vote for Donald Trump. You had people (feminazis and such) who would crawl through broken glass to vote for Hillary. And you had people who may have been ambivalent towards Trump, but would've crawled through broken glass to vote against Hillary.

This election, nobody is voting FOR Biden. While there'll be an anti-Trump contingent, others will vote 3rd party .. or sit the election out.

Thus the push for mail-in ballots, i.e. voting fraud.

I know several who are changing to Trump....and several others who opted for him over Hilary instead of sticking to their Party - none who flipped the other way.

If you support Trump, there would be nothing that could change your mind. If you support Biden, nothing would convince you to switch to Trump.

However, if you were unenthusiastic about Biden, you may decide to stay home. And that’s where the push for mail-in voting comes in. Make it as simple as possible for the apathetic to vote.

I hope so, but I worry Biden will get sympathy votes if Trump is seen as bullying the nice old man.
