If Trump really could get 45% of the black vote, his reelection could be bigger than Reagan in 1984.
Don’t forget that they only comprise about 13% of the general population, and that’s counting every person from newborn baby to nursing home residents.
So it may not be as big a deal as you might think vote-wise.
But Latinos are near 20% total, and to get a huge majority of them ADDED to the Black vote (33% total) and you have a landslide in the making...............

45% would shatter the entire political spectrum. That's a shift of about 10 million votes, meaning a swing of 20 million votes. That would be enough to swing any election in US history.
Reagan II had a 17m vote differential. Clinton II was 10m but that was a 3-way race where he took less than 50% overall. Obama I was a 10m vote differential.
