I’m surprised at how quickly this is all turning against Pelosi.

Even the pathetic excuses and “setup” accusations are transparently phony. The guy who cut her hair in the salon came out yesterday and accused the woman who owns the place of forcing staff like him to work and serve customers — in violation of California’s COVID-19 restrictions — over the last few months.

This is an obvious lie, as the guy IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE of the salon owner.

Sorry, but there is no 'mounting death toll'.

Everyone seems to have forgotten that the initial reasoning behind this 'temporary lockdown' was to make sure that the medical infrastructure was not overloaded. It is nowhere near that in any part of the country from what I've been able to discover. There is no rational justification for any of this, especially since there are several drugs that are effective against it, including HCQ which is cheap and by now should be plentiful, if it weren't for political opposition to actually having an end to this insanity.

It was a massive blunder made by Pelosi. I really can't believe she was this stupid.

COVID was the biggest hammer the Democrats had to beat President Trump over the head and Pelosi neutralized it.

How can the Democrats make serious arguments about the president's handling of COVID when their own leaders, by their actions, aren't taking it seriously?

Now the pendulum has swung to ending the lockdowns and no need for mail-in voting, positions which President Trump himself holds!

I'm laughing at this. Pelosi's "blow out" might have been one of the greatest political blunders of all time.
