There is no direct chain of custody between voter and vote counter.

Evidence is thrown out if no CoC in a trial.

May as well send them straight to DNC state headquarters. USPS Union already endorsed Biden/Harris.

C’mon man!

Purple finger or finger print on ballot. Signatures easy to copy.

The chain of custody argument needs to be put out there to make people think. I was on a jury last week and they spent quite a bit of time with witnesses establishing just that on any physical evidence. The CSI, for example, had to account that photos were ones he had taken. He had to say he recognized items from the crime scene, sealed in packages, and that he had signed, labeled, and sealed them. There were DNA samples from the crime scene, and the DNA analyst had to do the same. This was all new to me and I found it interesting and sensible.

If I were in charge, here’s how a person would vote:

1. Get up off your duff and go and get registered in the jurisdiction where you are allowed to vote.
2. Get up off your duff on election day and go to your friendly neighborhood polling place and cast your ballot. The way I have voted in Indiana gives me confidence that my vote will be counted as I cast it.

Absentee voting would be allowed only under limited circumstances.

So many people are such hypocrites. They’ll say the vote is our most important right as citizens. They’ll honor the soldiers who fought and died to preserve that right. They’ll honor the suffragettes and the civil rights leaders who fought to extend the franchise. Then they’ll go and advocate questionable registration practices, early voting, no ID requirements, online voting, and now mail-in voting, which they say will make voting easier but which are really likely to add corruption to the whole process and make the legitimacy of some office holders questionable. They would truly honor those who sacrificed for our rights if they got off their duffs and went to vote.

Of course, their supposed honors are probably all malarkey anyway, just as is their concern for a fair and legitimate election.
