Salons in CA are not allowed to color hair yet. It is very obvious that Nancy got a color job, her hair is much lighter than it has been. So she is lying again.
I'm absolutely astounded by that. Even here in The People's Republik of Connecticut, hair and nail salons have been open since late June / early July.
Gyms and indoor and outdoor swimming pools have been open since June 20th.
If her mouth moved, yes, she lied.
mmmm not true. The salons opened Monday and I got my hair cut and colored Tuesday. But the salons were all closed and not allowed to do ANY business until Monday.
