Many things will be decided on November3rd. And among those is the issue of bailing out the states.
If Biden wins, a multi trillion dollar bailout for Democrat states will be passed.
And these bailouts will not be restrited to reimbursement to states of defined virus related expenses. It will be a slush fund sort of bailout.
Geez Louise, I dont know details of the NY budget, but would bet that 500 billion exceeds the entire annual budget. Which begs the questions as to what does Cuomo need half a trillion dollars for. What the heck is Cuomo going to do with 500 billion????

It's roughly three times the already bloated annual budget of the state. This is a shake-down attempt, pure and simple.
