I was being flippant. I know there are many good conservatives in NY, but certainly when it comes to NYC, maggots constitute a substantial majority. No offense to good conservative New Yorkers intended.
I wouldn’t call that creep a “good” conservative. Only an arrogant liberal or a drunk would hurl dirty insults like those at a Southerner on this forum.

New Yorkers aren’t all bad and in fact most of them are not bad at all, even on the UWS. These days, it ain’t easy being anything except a Marxist in NYC. It’s so crazy now that I think even the few rational Dems who are left are scared to lift their heads and they’re the ones who are lining up the moving vans. And this is probably true in most of our major cities because the Dems have controlled them for years and this Communist virus has given them their golden opportunity to really crack down and make their authority totally clear to the peasants.
Hopefully the peasants (actually, the kulaks, which would be upper middle income New Yorkers) will have learned something from this experience. But then again, maybe not. Stay strong and stay conservative and stay kind! Maybe that will convert them.
