I do believe that Pompeo has ‘it’ for 2024. Doesn’t matter how successful governors/senators are. If they don’t have ‘it’ they can’t win. 2016 had a lot of accomplished politicians/businessmen. All except Trump would have lost. Pence is the only one who doesn’t have ‘it’ but that could buy him just 4 years like Bush 41’. After the 1st 4 years the pendulum is likely to swing. There’s a pretty-boy with gift of gab amongst the democrats somewhere.
