I give. What does NPC mean?

NPC = Non-player character. The term comes from role-playing games, and refers to characters played by the referee or dungeon master. Most have little, if any personality, and a lot of them are quickly killed as cannon fodder, like the guys wearing red shirts on the original “Star Trek” shows. We use the term NPCs for liberals because so many of them think alike, and because their leaders consider them disposable.
