I agree. It looks like his arm was blown off at the elbow. How they save that is beyond me.

A large chunk (somewhere between the size of a baseball and a softball) was missing. They saved his arm but I don't think it can negotiate a twist top bottle anymore.

Not so much missing, as laid open. Think ballistic gel hit off-center. Cavitation just open him up real good.

If I read correctly, and I did see the wound, his bicep is gone. So, *the arm* is still there, but the musculature is not.
