The left-wing media were falling over themselves to report on the Nielsen ratings of both the Democrat and Republican conventions that took place over the past two weeks.
But they all got it wrong.
Even Brian Stelter noted, “Nielsen’s data sets count traditional TV viewership across America but largely leave out streaming and other digital forms of engagement, so the picture is incomplete.”
It makes sense that Stelter and others in the media didn’t wait for the complete picture, because the complete picture showed that a lot more people tuned into the Republican National Convention than the Democratic National Convention.
A lot more.
Across television and online streaming, the Republican National Convention got 147.9 million total viewers from Monday through Thursday, while Democratic National Convention got 122 million total viewers, according to figures released by both campaigns.

I didn’t have to watch, I know who I’m voting for, As far as Biden I’m sure many tuned in to see how coherent he was, but since it was so scripted they insured there were no gaffes

I watched all 4 nights on RSBN youtube feed.
Rsbn averaged 250k per night for the 4 nights.
I don’t know C-span 4th night but they had 800k on one of the previous nights that was reported.
Does anyone know the viewership for C-span night 4 of the RNC ?
See the fake news has burned their ratings because of their 97% negative Trump stories, they totally lack cred

The first streaming channel I used was ABC. It took me about 10 minutes to realize I didn’t want to hear Clinton’s Press Secretary telling me what was happening in the background (vs letting me see & hear for myself), while asking other liberals how bad Trump was on a scale of 1-10. So I watched on NewsMax, which streamed live for free.
Don’t have cable and wouldn’t think of wasting time on the live TV stations near me.
I don’t know but they did it twice. First TRUMP and then 2020. Just when you got over the shock they did it again.

What the reports by the lying MSM also leave out is coverage. Each of the MSM outlets fully covered the DNC Convention and only a few of them covered the RNC Convention. That disparity is not spoken to....OF COURSE more will “tune in” when more outlets cover it. OF COURSE there are fewer if they don’t see it on networks...THUS they go to STREAMING.

Really quite stunned at all the people passing us as the waive, honk, roil their motorcycle, truck horn
Fire trucks passing were honking and waiving
Couple cops came by and feigned disinterest but, gave themsleves away and approved

The Neilsen “data” is being prominently displayed by MSN “news”, AOL, “news”, Yahoo “news”, etc...
Not a single mention that it is limited to traditional broadcast and cable news station viewership and does not capture any online and streaming viewership.
This family and several friends of ours along with many thousands watched the entire RNC on RSBN, as an example.
