If he has won over the inbred union mine workers of the Iron Range then he has won the state.
IIRC, a Republican won the NE Minnesota Congressional District recently.
Yep, “For many decades, the district reliably voted Democratic, but in 2016, Republicans made strong gains and Donald Trump carried the district by a 15-point margin. In the 2018 midterm election, it was one of only three congressional districts in the country which flipped to Republican.”

Two or three of the mayors were at the Pence rally in Duluth this afternoon. They read the statement signed by 6 mayors. This was a good event. I hope Trump comes to Minnesota again.
President Trump gave these guys their jobs (lives and self respect really) back to them.
They know it and appreciate it.

He’s toast there and he knows it.
If Minnesota is in play, everywhere is in play.

And worst of all, we lost hope,” Vlaisavljevich said.
Vlaisavljevich framed Donald Trump as a “straight-talking New Yorker” who kept his campaign promises and championed blue-collar workers.
“Four years later, the Iron Range is roaring back to life and we have one man to thank: President Donald Trump,” Vlaisavljevich said.
He called U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal, a climate-change focused congressional proposal, a “job-killing disgrace, dreamt up by people who don’t live in the real world.”
“Vlaisavljevich stated that he was a lifelong Democrat but that the Democratic Party has shifted too far to the left on environmental issues that he claimed hurt mining development.”
If Trump carries the Range, it will be because he supported tariffs on Chinese steel dumping. AND if he carries the Range, the Twin Cities have no hope of carrying Biden over the top. If this is true, Trump has already won Minnesota.
Not many live in those parts.
