I believe it is true that some people treated her like she didn’t exist, but it had nothing to do with her skin color and everything to do with her attitude.

I don’t respect her or the way she seems to treat people around her she feels are beneath her or can’t do anything for her. As I would be in that category, I would do by best to totally ignore her if ever forced to be at an event with her present.

I think you have said it best.

People treat others largely as they are treated.

Michelle is NOT Melania and a person could tell that without even seeing them.

Despite the rehetoric that sells, America is a land of NON-racism. I don’t think that its level of racial acceptance is seen anywhere else in the world.

If Michelle were the kind of person, inside, that Melania appears to be, she would be treated similarly by people of all races in America.

Most Americans care about others. Michelle does not. People can tell, and don’t want to associate with her.

Whenever we have encountered a celebrity, we figure they enjoy going out and being treated as just normal people without all the fawning and gushing over them. We ignore them SPECIFICALLY so they can have some semblance a normal life.
