Just moments before the President was about to speak Thursday evening, a leftist mob of so-called "protesters" surrounding the White House assaulted an elderly couple walking on the street nearby.
And D.C. Metro police officers stood by on a nearby sidewalk and did absolutely nothing.
Protesters followed and heckled the elderly man and woman who was wearing a Trump 2020 t-shirt.
Get the f**k out! a protester shouted through a megaphone at the couple. Why? the man can be heard responding.
A female protester could be seen running at the man and pushing him. The man continued walking, as protesters continued to push him from behind.
He could be heard saying he was there to watch fireworks.
Fireworks were planned to be set off later that evening at the National Mall after President Trump accepted the Republican presidential nominee.
Protesters threw water on the man as he walked and then sucker-punched him, knocking him to the ground, according to videos posted by Daily Caller journalist Phillip Nieto and Townhall journalist Julio Rosas. According to Rosas, there was blood on his face.

If you are a white conservative in DC, youre on your own until someone sues the Mayor, City Council, Police Dept. and Racine for millions.
Sue in a DC court with a leftist judge and jury? No justice there. Complete waste of money.
Where are the lawsuits against the leftist Democrat mayors and governors in Minneapolis, Kenosha, Portland, Seattle, New York, Raleigh, and Chicago for the private property destruction, physical attacks by protestors on civilians, and law enforcement standing down?
If you are looking for justice in the US legal system think again. It was cooped by leftist activists decades ago with the help of RINO Republicans.
Some question why I have Dobermans as PTSD service dogs when other “nicer” breeds are normally chosen.
Well.
This is why.
Some had started to cross the street as we pulled in.
They went away shortly after I got there.
Too bad...the boy was really eager to meet them.
LOL! Well Salamander I can’t understand what put the widdle kiddies off. He looks like such a sweet doggie.
I saw no evidence that the DC police were opposed to the violent offenders.
As I’ve mentioned before, when we got there, he went berserker in the back seat when I parked in the lot.
I *almost* didn’t let him out of the car because I *thought* he was having a really uncharacteristically anti-social day, which is not normal for him.
When I opened the car door, then I heard the screaming from the other side of the street.
He KNEW evil was near.
He was roundly loved on and petted and smooched many Trumpers while waiting in line to see the swag.
The dog reacted to evil and heard/felt it waaaay before I had a clue.
Also, Hubby kept trying to get Hrafn to look at the camera for our nice souvenir Trump Bus pic, but that dog never took his eyes off of them.
I have three photos, and the dog is staring death at them in every one.
He felt safe, he knew you were in no danger so he was cool.
As soon as he heard the screaming he knew this was an ‘’on guard’’ situation. Discordant noise upsets dogs because their hearing is super sensitive. They can hear high and low frequency noise. The vibe those little bastards were emitting made him think you were in danger so he wanted to eliminate it. Dobermans are very good at being aggressive. Certain breeds of dogs have an instinct to protect females and little kids. An Irish setter my family had many years ago was VERY protective of my mother and my two kid sisters.
He freaking LOVES little kids.
All my Dobes did/do.
We had to put up a 6’ stockade fence in the backyard because the squeals/screams of happiness of the neighbor’s grandkids when he played with them, freaked the dogs out.
They thought the kids were being attacked and responded in kind.
Hate that fence but it keeps the dogs calmer.
Hrafn’s half-sister, Seven, is more reserved *but* she surprised us one day coming out of PetSmart, where she’d just had her birthday thing.
A scroungy guy was harassing a man and his little boy [turned out he wanted money] and Lenny took a step towards them to help but Seven gave me the leash burn from Hell as she lunged towards the jerk and dragged me along behind her as she went full speed ferocity at him.
And these were people she didn’t even know.
Shoulda seen that guy run.
Both of them are Aries...dogs of war.
:D
I wish I could have a dog. Have had many over the years. The last was a beautiful big black Lab but he got sick and we had to put him down. That broke my heart clean in two.
My wife’s asthma couldn’t handle a dog now.
People often say angels don’t exist. I point to a dog and say “Yes they do. There’s one right there.’’
I don’t know whether you’ve ever seen the second Charles Bronson “Deathwish” movie, but there is a scene where Bronson’s character, vigilante Paul Kersey, confronts the rapist/murderer of his daughter, who is wearing a pectoral crucifix, and asks him, “Do you believe in Jesus?”; when the thug answers meekly “yes”, Kersey responds, “well, you’re going to meet Him” and proceeds to execute the thug.
I’ve been wondering how many of these protesters there are. Would be an interesting bit of info to have it broken down by city, etc.
I would imagine (hope?) that somebody somewhere is collecting this information. I don’t expect the media to share it, that’s for sure. But IIRC aren’t they always doing crowd estimates?
My God.
The elderly couple would have been justified in shooting the attackers. The democrat administration is responsible for the attack for ordering the cops to not defend Whites.
If he hadn’t been wearing his ‘power steering” Halti, he’d have flown me like a kite into their shrieky group.
Dog weighs more than I do and his weight is all muscle.
/mine sure ain’t
:D
I can see why.
We had an armed man who had been shooting at the police running through our neighborhood. My wife and boys were home. I had my wife put the dogs downstairs and take the boys upstairs into our bedroom. I told her to lock the bedroom door and if anybody makes it past the dogs and tries to get in, she should fire through the door until they drop or run.
Solid plan.
I worry about him though, as those fiends think nothing of trying to hurt a dog that’s on them.
You cannot grab his ears or tail as they just slide through your hands.
His vulnerable spot is his throat, which is why he sports a 2” wide collar with 28 1-1/2” needle sharp spikes.
/when he leans affectionately against my leg, I can tell you exactly how much grabbing his collar would hurt
o.O
