He was running backwards retreating from a guy that just tossed a molotov cocktail at him - shot him in the head.
Then he ran some more to escape the crowd. Tripped and on the ground and attacked with a skateboard - that guy caught one in the chest and pretty sure is dead.
Then, still on the ground another guy attacked him with a pistol - he got a round off into his arm taking half of it off.
Other than the extra rounds he sent downrange, he did fine all things considered.
Those extra rounds downrange could be what gets him locked up. Until he did that he was OK. A prosecutor will pounce on that.
