John Warner was a Senator from VA (and former Navy Sec), once married to Liz Taylor (yes, really).
He stopped Ollie North from being elected to VA’s other Senate seat in 1994 by backing a RINO independent challenger, allowing rat incumbent Chuck Robb to win narrowly. He was reelected twice after that treason.
Humphrey was a very conservative Senator from New Hampshire. He endorsed Hillary last time, had backed Kasich for the nomination. He officially left the party. Obviously lost his mind.
