My cousin has Cooley’s Anemia. She’s maybe 43 now.
Blood transfusion every 2 weeks and a pump that clean out her blood every night.
Treatments JUST came out when she was born.
They used to live until maybe early teens.
Medicine, when done right and for the right reasons, is wonderful. And YES, I believe profit is one of those right reasons...as long as it’s on the up and up.
