Congress can do what it wants. States own it. Not happening.

I hadn't seen Homobama for awhile before his speech the other night. At first I kept trying to figure out who the two guys were looking over his shoulders, but then I looked at him.

Dude looks like he's lost a bunch of weight. His head has that pulled tight skin look about it.

I don't know chit, and I'm sure about that because I had a talk with the wife this morning, but 0 doesn't look too good to me.

That would be my pick. Two-and-out, five years lobbying moratorium. Since we’re at it, no lawyers need apply. They’re the ones who have bolluxed up the system to begin with.

No kidding. Will die a slow, painful death in the state legislatures.

They can talk about it all they want. There aren’t enough votes in the Senate or House to get even a majority to vote for it much less two-thirds. And they’d never get 34 states to ratify it.

Only at MSDNC, can a guy who repeatedly lied about being at different historical places, can still keep his job

It’s very telling that this idea was floated during the Democrat convention. Obama takes the spotlight on a day in which the focus should be on Joe Biden.

Obviously they’ve never heard, or chose to ignore, “Be careful what you wish for”...

"Trump can run for a third and fourth term. As long as he’s healthy and of sound mind."

I think one of the funniest things that's been going on this year is the fact that no one on the left, not the Democrats or the media have said one thing about Joe's cognitive and physical ability to run the country, yet they were plotting to try to get rid of President Trump using the 25th Amendment.

Were any of Jug Ear’s EOs ever challenged in court or reviewed by SCOTUS?

Can you believe how stupid Williams is? And he’s held up by NBC as some kind of “newsman”. They’re so ridiculous.

Apparently these morons think we live in a democracy. We live in a Republic.

Some even get angry when told that.

I agree with Democratic lawmakers that the 22nd Amendment needs to disappear, that amendment giving lawless, last-term presidents a free pass to get away with all kinds of evil imo.
Obama to Medvedev - "After my election, I have more flexibility" (11 seconds)

So if an amendment to repeal 22nd Amendment also includes provisions to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments, let's not forget a provision to expressly prohibit political party support of popularly elected federal officials, then by all means let’s propose it to the states for ratification.

Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats home in November!

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.

They could avoid a Trump vs. Obama match-up in 2024.

The 22nd Amendment specifically said, "But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by Congress..." So they could incorporate identical language in the new amendment so anyone holding the office when it was proposed could not take advantage of it.

No way it would be repealed. It might, I suppose be Redacted by a Congressional Resolution, as the Natural Born clause was in order to regularize Obama and McCain.

If anything, we need to term limit reps and senators. And, no pols can become lobbyists. And I could go on forever with the steps that need to be taken to ensure our freedom.
