That whole situation was messed up from one end to the other. I wouldn’t want to be on the jury for that one, I see both sides of it. The flashlight in the eyes is what would have probably put me over the top against the cops though.
Just going by the video, I would hang the cops for this.
They were responding to a ‘noise complaint’. Drawing guns is SOP for noise?.................
