And how long would this “mandate” last? A day? Two weeks? Six months? Forever? How does he expect to enforce it?
As much as I hate to admit it, there are times lately when I almost wish CW II would hurry up and start. A boil will not lance itself.
If I were allowed a preference on what one of Pres. Trump’s very first actions should be after being inaugurated for his second term, it would be that he would nullify and rescind any and all mask mandates, nationwide, and to expressly forbid them to be-imposed. I no longer care what he has to do to accomplish that.
He can’t legally do that. But he’s depending on his moronic base to not understand it.
By January 20, 2021 the pandemic will be long over. Masks won’t be necessary. Empty, meaningless promise.
If by January when this virus has burned out, they are mandating masks for all 50 states, It will probably be in perpetuity and for changing excuses.
