So legally, if I was an heir I would put a stop to that freewheeling notion of the brother on that 15 million dollars

Interesting points. Money might go into the estate but the lawyer would have a lot of “legal bills” to charge against it. and pay out to certain people, like brother. What little remains is split with the heirs? with the threat of not getting anything if they complain?

Let the libs fund the” go fund me site”. Conservatives stay away............................ or at lest test the situation and how do we do that because of the nature of the beast?

This will all be supervised by the court because it is the estate. Yes, legal bills are allowed and will consume big dollars. Funeral costs. Etc

But the notion that the brother can supervise this fund as he sees fit to help various family members is ridiculous.

He will have to get court approval to even be responsible for the funds.

I expect a big fight.

He cant just hand over $100 grand to some family member to help with housing..for example.

Also, whether floyd had a will will effect the amount of money spent on the fight

The estate of Prince (in the same state) who had no will..is still a mess.
