Well Portland chalked up a death (murder) The guy in the truck died.
The most disheartening part about it is, everyone with an internet connection knows exactly who the perp is, where it lives, where it works. Yet it roams the streets of Portland as a free it.
I haven't found any confirmation of this at this late hour this evening. However, there was a Portland riot victim who died in mid-July.
