I disagree. It started when Eric Holder dropped the charges against the New Black Panthers who prowled in front of Philadelphia polling places with billy clubs in hand, intimidating white voters to stay away.

We're not seeing a "beer summit" gone bad. We're seeing an armed street intimidation gone unpunished that set the stage for more, bigger, and bolder boundary pushing.

That's when it started.
