Project Veritas James OKeefe tried to buy a firearm and was denied a few days ago. He later discovered that he was on the prohibited person list regarding the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Was this an error? Was this over his investigative reporting? The Federal Bureau of Investigation put him on that list. Whats going on? OKeefe is not a convicted felon. So, its no shocker that when he found out his constitutional right to own firearms was infringed upon, he sued. He filed a lawsuit against the FBI earlier this month.
And now, weve learned that Mr. OKeefe has emerged victorious. Furthermore, some key allies in the Second Amendment fight, like Richard Heller, who was the driving force behind the landmark DC v. Heller decision that gutted the citys handgun ban, said that OKeefe should pursue finding those who messed with his rights. He added that the FBI doesnt do things by accident (via Project Veritas):

I too hope they find and fire the person that added him to the database. And if directed by others fire the whole lot.
OKeefe should pursue finding those who messed with his rights

The FBI will use every bureaucratic delaying tactic imaginable to block O’Keefe’s legitimate inquiry, just like they stonewalled congress, Judicial Watch and others.
FBI = Feds Blocking Information
Another example of political corruption by the FIB.
I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone who ever made derogatory posts about the FBI on social media is added to the no-guns-for-you list.
There are probably many such lists and/or databases. If only we knew.
I feared this during the Clinton Administration and acted accordingly. There are many new weapons I'd like to have on my rack but I'm sticking with the M1A group and weapons and ammo that predated registration. I know I'm on their radar having applied and received a CCW permit in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas within the last three years. Each move required me to renew the permit with classes, payment and fingerprinting.
Well, mistakes were made, but there was no intent to harm. No reasonable prosecutor would pursue it.
Does that sound about right?
The FBI needs to be dissolved. Abolished.
I can dream can’t I?
Thinks like this happen when People have to ask their Government for Permission to exercise their God Given Freedoms.
I’m waiting for my Conceal Carry Permit to arrive.
They get 45 Days from the date of Application to Approve or Deny based on an FBI Background Check.
Hopefully, the fact that I Post here and I have the Twitter Handle “Antiobamunist” won’t affect my being approved.
Remember when the FBI was an object of admiration?
Now they’re about as reputable as the Stasi.
Pete Santilli called the FBI on air, saying Obama’s birth certificate was forged and he was using someone else’s social security number. They hung up on him. This was in 2014, I think.
I am left baffled as to why anyone could be surprised by FBI corruption.
Pretty much everyone knows that cross-dresser Hoover kept personal files on MANY Americans to use as black-mail leverage in pursuit of his goals to warp our politics to his liking.
Ruby Ridge and WACO made it abundantly clear the FBI is NOT about law enforcement so much as standing in for the STASI when liberals need an “Action” to support their goals.
We have allowed our police and schools to become overtly politicized by the lefty zealots, now we suffer the consequences we delayed in not confronting this sooner and directly.
(Anti) Social Media is now the most visible front in this conflict, and it’s a one-sided battle as we have no real alternate platform.
I would add the Justice department and State department. At least have massive downsizing.
O'Keefe wasn't put on a 'no guns for you' list by Comey or Wray or Strzok or McCabe. One of those so-called honest, ethichal law enforcement pros abused their power to harass a US citizen for no reason other than pure partisan meanness.
Split up the FBI, they simply have consolidated too much power in one organization with too many rotten apples.
