A question of Constitutional interpretation is hardly a conspiracy theory Then sue. The sooner you file the sooner it can get thrown out for lack of standing.

Then sue. The sooner you file the sooner it can get thrown out for lack of standing. I share your cynicism. However, it still doesnt mean that we are not correct on this issue. Its just that its a fight we can never win because the courts, Washington, and the media are so corrupt.

Why would I sue?
I’m not running for President, and I wouldn’t take the job if you gave it to me.

Who has standing?
Whose responsibility is it to enforce the qualifications for the office? Congress?
Lets say K.H. was only 33 yoa (hypothetically speaking). Who declares her unqualified?
