I share your cynicism. However, it still doesn’t mean that we are not correct on this issue. It’s just that it’s a fight we can never win because the courts, Washington, and the media are so corrupt.
It doesn't mean you are either. It's a question for the courts and I have no idea how to get it there. If Pence loses then he's probably got the best claim, perhaps only claim, to standing. But even that isn't a guarantee.
