Not saying this is going to happen, but as long as you are going to be optimistic, might as well add this to the pile of possibles.
The reason nothing has happened is simple: near everybody inside the beltway hate POTUS and those who elected him. Regardless of the law and their sworn oaths they won’t validate his positions. Ever.
