Based on A.G. Barr’s interview on Mark Levin last night, the most they can do is submit referrals to a Grand Jury for charges. We still have to wait for a Grand Jury to convene and agree on the charges before we see perp walks...

Grand Juries have been happening. The Senate and House are only useful for getting info to the public. The fed prosecutors have been working on all this stuff for a long time, Durham was hired in Oct. 2017. It took Durham 5 years to bring down a big mafia family on the east coast. He won’t take 5 years with this, he has lots of help. It won’t take him that long with this bunch as he has much assistance. John Solomon whose info is usually very good says it’s start rolling publicly around labor day. Durham does not to “reports”, he does indictments.

They are running out the clock until the election. Once again, it will be on the shoulders of the voters to re-elect Trump, which is by no means a sure thing given the desperation of the Left (why they are desperate, I don't know since nothing will happen to them even if Trump does get a second term). All of these investigations needed to be put to a grand jury earlier in this year (at the latest). It's too late to have an effect on the election, so, as usual, the GOP has run away from doing the right thing.
