You get more sunlight than we do in NJ (and most of the US) when it's warm enough to be outside. (Today Montreal has nearly a half hour more daylight than New York City.)

I live in Phoenix and they say many of us don't get enough sunlight because we wear so much sunblock. Probably true.

I never go out without sunblock and always cover up if I know I will be out for more than a minute or two.

I take supplement daily though and have been trying to get a little bit over my neuroticism around it. (:
