And "Poppy" was already a father at 17. I heard a radio report on WTOP DC with some black woman crying incoherently about "that baby don't have no father now. He were just out havin' some fun and he got shot!"

And now we all get to pay for another aspect of Poppy's lil "fun". Sounds to me like that poor baby wouldn't have had much of a father anyway.
