One person stated that a dead person received one and a pet received one, said Deb Wake, president of the League of Women Voters in Virginia, according to WTOP.
Theyre probably more sentient than some of the Dims thatve been seen on TV, so no big deal. If you cant vote for yourself and at least one corpse and one pet, whats the world coming to?
